Pentax Espio 200 35mm camera w/ remote control (serial 2057467)
The Pentax Espio 200 (called the IQZoom 200 in some countries) was the top of the Espio line of compact 35mm point-and-shoot cameras when it was released in the late 1990s. This camera offers a nice array of advanced features camera but, owing to its thoughtful control layout, it still manages to be quite user-friendly. Its lens is a sharp and versatile 48-200mm f/5.1-13 zoom (11 elements in 7 groups).
The Espio 200 requires a CR123 lithium battery for power (optional). A Pentax wireless remote control (which can both zoom and fire the shutter) is included. The remote control attaches to the strap when not in use.
Condition notes
The camera was tested with a battery and film installed and all major functions are working well (we didn't develop the film) and the camera is in good cosmetic condition (see photos). We verified the camera's true film plane focus accuracy with an autocollimator and confirmed its autoexposure accuracy with calibrated light and shutter tester.
