Canon AE-1 35mm SLR w/ Canon FD 50mm f1.4 S.S.C. lens + original manual (serial 291207)

The Canon AE-1 is one of the most popular 35mm film SLRs of all time. It's an enduring classic camera with plenty of features yet so elegantly designed that it's simple to use.

The AE-1 offers both shutter priority automatic exposure and metered manual exposure modes. The camera requires an LR44 (also called A544 or PX28A) 6 volt battery (optional). 

Condition notes

Both the camera and the included Canon FD 50mm f1.4 S.S.C. lens are in very good cosmetic condition (see photos) and excellent working order. The original owner babied this camera and it shows very little sign of use. The camera and lens were were tested with film and delivered sharp, correctly exposed photos. We also verified the camera has very good shutter speed an exposure accuracy.
