Nikon F75 35mm film SLR w/ AF Nikkor 28-80mm lens (serial 2258155)
The circa-2003 Nikon F75 (called the N75 in some countries) was second last model of the company's storied F-mount SLR line (the following year's F6 would be the final model).
This superb and capable little camera drew from 44 years of Nikon F-mount SLR design expertise and should have, in our view, been a huge hit. But it was released at a time when many people were abandoning film for digital.
Nikon's literature described it as combining most of features of the pro-level F100, F5, and F85 models (it lacks their ruggedized construction and glass pentaprisms though) but with beginner-friendly controls and a much more compact and lightweight body.
The camera comes with a flexible AF Nikkor 28-80mm f3.3-5.6 G zoom lens.
Battery info
This camera requires 2 CR2 lithium batteries (available as an option).
Estimated battery life (according to Nikon): 60 24-exposure rolls if flash is not used; 18 24-exposure rolls if flash and AF-assist is used for half of photos.
Condition notes
The camera and lens are in very good cosmetic condition (see photos) and are working perfectly. The camera originally had a rubberized grip coating in some areas that we had to clean off as it got sticky with age (a universal problem with Nikon cameras from that era). We tested the camera's shutter speeds, light meter, and autoexposure modes; everything is working with excellent accuracy.
