The Minolta AF-50 Big Finder is a simple, ultra-compact 35mm camera featuring a sharp 27mm wide-angle lens (an ideal focal length for street photography). This is an good beginner film camera for someone who's looking for something small and light.

This is the version of the AF-50 with an optional date imprinting function. The calendar for this feature goes up to December 31st 2049. 

Battery information

The AF-50 requires two alkaline AA batteries (not included). Rechargeable and lithium batteries are not recommended. Minolta estimated the battery life to be 18 rolls of 24-exposure film if the flash was used for 50% of photos.

Condition notes

The camera was tested with batteries and film installed and all functions are working correctly. The camera is in good cosmetic condition apart from the minor repair mentioned above (see photos).
