Minolta Dynax 3000i 35mm SLR w/ Minolta AF Zoom 35-70mm + Program D 314i flash
If you're looking for point-and-shoot ease of use combined with the quality, flexibility, and high percentage of good photos (film isn't free!) that you get with an SLR, the Dynax 3000i might be a good choice. The camera (also known as the Dynax 3000i) is an incredibly simple-to-use 35mm film SLR camera from the early 90s. It includes a Minolta AF 35-70mm f3.5-4.5 zoom lens. A Minolta Maxxum D314 i flash is also included.
This is an "auto everything" camera: you just need to frame the shot and push the shutter button and you'll get a sharp well-exposed image. It is, without a doubt, the easiest-to-use film SLR we have ever tested. On the downside, the camera uses a beeping sound to confirm focus and to warn you if there isn't enough light so we can't recommend it for the extremely furtive (eg spies or private eyes).
The 3000i is also a good choice as a film camera for anyone who uses a Sony Alpha-series digital SLR with A-mount lenses (the lenses are compatible).
The camera requires a 2CR5 lithium battery (optional). The flash doesn't require an extra battery (it draws power from the camera's battery).
Example photos
Here are some pictures that other people have taken with the 3000i (please see the descriptions, the lenses used may be different for a given photo): https://www.lomography.com/cameras/3320996-minolta-dynax-3000i/photos
Condition notes
The camera was tested with a shutter analyzer and all shutter shutter speeds are working with very good accuracy and shutter curtain symmetry (an important factor for even exposure). The camera was tested with a battery and film installed (the film was not developed however) and all functions are working correctly.
The camera and lens are in good cosmetic condition (see photos).
