Konica Z-Up 80e compact 35mm camera (serial 6760662)
Konica Z-Up 80e compact 35mm camera (serial 6760662)
The 80e is part of the very underrated Konica Z-Up series of 90s 35mm point-and-shoot cameras. It's a very compact design with a generous 35-80mm zoom range. It features the following modes: full auto; flash cancel; night mode; fill flash; red-eye reduction; self-timer; close-up; infinity focus; and group portrait (we can't quite figure out what the last one does).
This camera requires a CR2 lithium battery (available as an option).
Condition notes
The camera was tested with a battery and film installed and performed well (the film was not developed). We verified the camera's focus accuracy on an autocollimator. The camera's body does show some cosmetic wear (see photos which were taken with studio strobes that tend to accentuate the appearance of scuffs compared to how the camera looks in natural light) but this does not affect the camera's functionality.
