Fujifilm DL-1000 Zoom 35mm camera (serial 71225042)

The Fujifilm DL-1000 (aka Discovery 1000) was Fuji's top zoom point-and-shoot in the early 1990s. It features a sharp 38-80mm and wide array of shooting modes (see the manual linked below).

Battery information

This camera is powered by two CR123A 3-volt lithium batteries (available as an add-on).  The camera's original manual is included.

Battery life: "If half of your pictures are taken with flash, a new set of batteries will provide about 1,000 shots if the flash shots are taken in the auto-flash mode and about 850 shots if taken in the red-eye reduction mode (as tested according to Fuji's battery testing procedure)."

Condition notes

The camera is in very good functional and cosmetic condition (see photos). It was tested with a battery and film installed and all functions are working correctly. In addition, we verified the camera's film plane focus and autofocus accuracy (the camera has very accurate exposure and sharp lens rendering for a point-and-shoot).
