Astral Optima AF355 35mm film camera

The Astral Optima AF is an easy-to-use 35mm camera from the 1990s featuring a 35mm f3.5 autofocus lens. 

The Astral name is a Canadian rebranding of primarily Concord and Halina cameras from the 1990s. We believe these cameras were exclusively sold at the retail chain 'Black's Photography' but we don't have definitive proof.

This camera has an optional date imprinting feature that we did not test as it requires a lithium coin cell and its calendar does not go up to the present year. 

Please note: this camera requires film to be installed before firing the shutter. 

Battery information

This camera requires two alkaline AA batteries. 

Condition notes

The camera is in good cosmetic condition (see photos) and fully functional. We couldn't find a serial number or unique identifier on the camera but you will receive the actual camera pictured if you order (we don't use stock photos for used cameras).
