The Astral Delta Autofocus is a simple but well designed point and shoot 35mm film camera from the 1990s. We haven't been able to find any information online about this camera but it seems that Astral may have been a house brand for Black's, a Canadian camera shop chain.
This is a nice little camera with very simple controls. It offers the following modes: auto flash; force flash (for shadow fill and shooting against the sun); flash cancel; self-timer; continuous shooting; and bulb exposure. We haven't found the specifications but the lens looks to be about an 35mm (moderate wide angle) with a roughly f3.5 largest aperture.
The camera requires two AA batteries (not included). The pictured case is included.
Condition notes The camera was tested with batteries installed and a film roll running through the camera (the film was not developed). In addition, we verified the film plane focus accuracy. The optional quartz date function was not tested (it requires a CR20225 lithium button cell). The camera is in very good cosmetic condition (see photos).
