Argus C5F pink 35mm film camera
Argus C5F pink 35mm film camera
The Argus C5F is a very simple focus-free, mechanical drive 35mm point-and-shoot camera from the 1980s featuring a built-in switchable flash.
This is the rare pink version (a rather fun hue).
This camera is intended to be used with colour negative film (such as Kodak Gold, Porta, ColorMax, or UltraMax 400). A flash distance guide is embossed on the back of the camera: the flash covers from 3 to 12 feet for ISO 100 film or 4 to 20 feet for ISO 400 film.
The same camera was sold as the Safari Starshot.
Battery information
This camera requires two AA batteries (not included) for its flash. The camera is otherwise fully mechanical.
Condition notes
The camera was tested with film and a battery installed (it was not developed however) and it is working correctly. The camera is in very good cosmetic condition (see photos). Please be mindful that this camera is made from somewhat delicate plastic so it should be handled with care.
