Yashica FR-I 35mm film SLR + Yashica ML 50mm f1.7 lens (serial 085756)

Note: This camera's self-timer feature is not working. It's otherwise in excellent working condition. 

The Yashica FR-I is a sophisticated aperture-priority automatic exposure 35mm from the late 1970s. It shares many design elements with the professional Contax RTS, including the slick 'feather touch' shutter release and the C/Y lens mount (so it's compatible with a wide library of lenses including the legendary Carl Zeiss T* series). The included lens is a very sharp Yashica ML 50mm f/1.7 (6 elements in 5 groups).

The FR-I has one of our favourite SLR viewfinder displays, showing the shutter speed and aperture in a very clear, unobtrusive manner.

This camera requires a 4LR44 battery (available as an option).

Condition notes 

The camera and lens were tested and are in very good functional condition (apart from the self-timer not working as mentioned above). We verified all shutter speeds as well as the auto exposure. The camera is in good cosmetic condition with only minor wear from use (see photos).
