Polaroid 640 instant film camera (serial F1Z93529NB)

The Polaroid 640 is a simple, elegant Polaroid 600 series film compatible camera from the 1980s. It was tested with a film pack and works very well (it's extremely easy to use). 

This is a very simple fixed-focus instant camera so for sharp indoor photos, your subject should ideally be from 4 to 10 feet away. For outdoor photos in good light, anything beyond 4 feet (1.2m) should be in focus.

Film and battery information

The 640 uses Polaroid 600 film packs (still being made and widely available). The batteries are built into film packs and no additional batteries are needed. This camera is not compatible with 'i-Type' or 'Sx-70' film packs. 

Condition notes

The camera is in good cosmetic condition (see photos). The camera was tested with a film pack.
