Olympus Infinity Zoom 70 35mm camera (serial 6371619)

The circa-2003 Olympus Infinity Zoom 70 (called the SuperZoom 70G in some countries) is a lightweight 35mm point-and-shoot. The company's literature said it was designed to provide "high-precision zoom performance" and "trouble-free photography".

Its main features are:

• Fully automatic zoom compact
• 2x zoom lens, 38 - 70 mm / f4.5 - 8.5, incl. two aspherical lenses
• Accurate autofocus system
• 6 flash modes
• Shutter release locks if object not within the minimum focusing distance

Battery information

This camera requires a CR123 lithium battery (available as an option). 

Condition notes

We tested all camera functions with film and batteries installed (the film was not processed) and everything is working well. We verified the camera's film plane focus accuracy on an autocollimator and also its auto-exposure accuracy. The camera is in very good cosmetic condition (see photos).
