Nikon Coolpix 5700 5MP CCD sensor digicam w/ charger + battery + 64MB CF card (serial 4113012)

The Nikon Coolpix 5700 is a vintage 'bridge' digicam from 2003 featuring an 5-megapixel CCD sensor a 35 - 280mm equivalent Nikkor ED zoom lens. This was an expensive ($1200USD) camera when new. 

Here's how American Photo described it in a review what it was first released:

Pros: External LCD monitor that tilts and rotates to many different angles; compact design; most powerful zoom in this group Cons: Autofocus is slow at telephoto setting; small EVF Bottom line: Unobtrusive and highly capable The Coolpix 5700 isn't invisible, but its small matte-black body is surprisingly inconspicuous. That's a valuable quality for street shooting. And even though the camera's 8X zoom is the most powerful of this group [the same issue reviewed the Minolta DiMage 7Hi and Sony DSC-F717], the lens barrel doesn't extend very far, even at the 280mm-equivalent setting. But what makes this camera most unobtrusive is its 1.5-inch swing-out, tilt-and-swivel LCD monitor. I quickly got used to composing and shooting from waist level, overhead, or around corners. You can even flip the panel around so that it faces the front of the camera, and use it to compose self-portraits. 

The Coolpix 5700 produces excellent image quality, even in contrasty light, partly because Nikon's Matrix metering generally avoids overexposing highlights. Spot and center-weighted patterns are also available, as are many other features that let you set up the camera to suit your own shooting style.
