Minolta Maxxum XTsi 35mm film SLR

The Minolta Maxxum XTsi (called the Alpha Sweet in Japan) is lightweight and well-designed late 1990s 35 film SLR. It includes a Minolta AF 28-80mm f3.5-5.6 zoom lens. While it's certainly not as much of a looker as the Minoltas of the 70s and 80s, this is very capable camera.

See the specs list below for an exhaustive list of what's included, but one interesting feature is a very cool switchable 'eye start' mode where the autofocus will begin working as soon as it detects your eye in the viewfinder. The viewfinder is excellent too: offering an accumatte-screen should you wish to manually focus while providing easily readable info on the shutter speed/aperture/and metering off to the left side. The XTsi also It's an excellent choice as a film camera for anyone who uses a Sony Alpha-series digital SLR with A-mount lenses (the lenses are compatible).

Options
If you opt for '+ batteries' two CR2 3V lithium batteries will be included; if you choose '+ batteries & film' you'll also get a 24 exposure roll of Fujicolor 200 film.

Condition notes
The camera was tested with a shutter analyzer and all shutter shutter speeds are working with very good accuracy and shutter curtain symmetry (an important factor for even exposure). The camera was tested with a battery and film installed (the film was not developed however) and all functions are working correctly. The camera and lens are in good aesthetic condition with only minor wear on the body. The lens includes a removable hood and UV filter; the UV filter has always been in place to protect the front lens element.
