Flashes

Standard flash: A basic used 3rd-party hot-shoe mount flash that's tested and working. Brands include Sunpak, Image, Metz, Vivitar, and others.

Bounce flash: A used 3rd-party hot-shoe mount flash with a tilting head that's tested and working. Brands include Sunpak, Image, Metz, Vivitar, and others. These are typically larger and heavier than standard flashes but give you the ability to bounce light off a ceiling for natural looking indoor photography (as long as the ceiling is white or yellow).

Contact us if you'd like to see a selection and choose for a flash for yourself, otherwise we will use our judgement to pick a flash we feel goes well with the camera

Batteries

CR123: This is a 3-volt lithium (LiMnO2) battery often used in point-and-shoot and SLR type cameras.
CR123 x 2: As above but a pair (available for cameras that use two of these batteries).
CR2: This is a 3-volt lithium (LiMnO2) battery that’s smaller in size than the CR123.
CR2 x 2: As above but a pair (available for cameras that use two of these batteries).
CRP2: This is a 6-volt lithium (LiMnO2) battery
2CR5: This is a 6-volt lithium (LiMnO2) battery similar to the CRP2 but with a different shape.
357: This is a 1.5-volt silver oxide button cell, also called an SR-44. We generally prefer these to alkaline LR-44 button cells (same size and nominal voltage) as they provide a much more stable voltage over their lifespan.
357 x 2: As above but two cells (available for cameras that use two of these batteries).
357 x 4: As above but four cells (available for cameras that use four of these batteries).
4LR44: This is a 6 volt alkaline battery that's sometimes called an A544.
675: This is a 675 zinc-air 1.4-volt cell. These are commonly used in place of the now-unavailable PX-675 and PX-625 mercury batteries.
675 x 2: As above but two cells (available for cameras that use two of these batteries).

Battery brands vary. Contact us if you'd like to know the current brand we have in stock for a given type.

Slide Trays

80 Slide Carousel Tray: This is a used standard 80-capacity slide tray for use with Kodak slide projectors.
140 Slide Carousel Tray: This is a used standard 140-capacity slide tray for use with Kodak slide projectors. These trays are much more apt to jam than the 80-capacity trays and are incompatible with some thicker slide mounts. We recommend against using these unless you're certain your slide mounts are thin glassless types.
