Note: the LCD display which shows modes and the frame count is not functional on this camera, it's otherwise working correctly.

The Minolta Freedom Zoom 105i (aka Riva Zoom 105i and Apex 105) is a weird and wonderful 35mm point-and-shoot with a number of unusual features. Given its non-functional mode/frame counter screen (and discounted price) would be an idea bargain camera for someone who: a) wants a very high quality point-and-shoot but b) plans on using it in its default auto exposure, auto-flash mode and finally c) doesn't mind that the frame counter (which tells you how many shots you have left) isn't readable.

This camera features an excellent 35-105mm lens and a focal plane shutter which offers speeds up to 1/500.

The Freedom Zoom 105i requires a 2CR5 lithium battery (available as an option).

Condition notes
The camera's functions were tested with a battery and a roll of film (the film was not developed). Apart from the mode/frame counter screen, all features are working correctly. We also verified the camera's film plane focus accuracy on an autocollimator. The camera is in very good cosmetic condition (see photos).
