The Olympus AF-1 (sold as the Olympus Infinity) is a superb fixed lens 35mm point-and-shoot camera from the 1980s. It was the forerunner of the mju/Infinity Stylus series and offers similarly excellent image quality. The camera is built around a sharp Zuiko 35mm f2.8 lens (four elements in four groups) which focuses from 75cm to infinity.

The Af-1/Infinity is said to have been a favorite of Andy Warhol and it's easy to see why: it's elegant and intuitive film camera that takes great photos. The only gripe we have with this well-designed camera is the lack of a flash-cancel button. The flash implementation is quite clever however, switching on automatically for both low light and backlit situations.

The AF-1 requires a CR-P2 6v lithium battery (available as an option).

Condition notes
The camera was tested with film and delivered sharp, correctly exposed images. Cosmetically speaking, the camera's body is quite worn (see photos) but the lens is in excellent condition and the camera is functionally perfect. An Olympus case is also included but is in somewhat worn condition (see photo).
